With infinite love and gratitude for our years in studio. 

On September 30, 2025, we closed the doors of our beautiful studio in Overton Square Memphis; and even though we are all sad that our time in that beloved space is over, my heart is full of gratitude for each of you. The space was always more than walls and floors—it had been the spirit all of the students brought into it every single day.

Through curiosity, commitment, and care, we transformed the studio into a sanctuary of movement, stillness, connection, & creativity. There are no teachers without students, and you guided us toward more kindness, understanding, and joy. You kept coming back with such generosity, and in doing so, you created a true community.

While it was hard to say goodbye to our Overton Square chapter, I take comfort in knowing that the impact of our community will ripple far beyond those doors. Every student who practiced here carries a piece of our teaching forward into their family, their workplace, and world.
