Delta Groove Yoga School is an online Yoga school that came out of Memphis after existing as a vibrant, community yoga studio for 13 years. Olivia Rokotnitz, Founder and Owner, still teaches livestream and some in-person classes for Kundalini Yoga,  Vayu Vinyasa, Himalayan Kriya, Gentle Yoga, Meditation, & Pranayama.
