Self Myofascial Release is a powerful remedy for many chronic and acute issues in the body. A one on one bodyrolling session will cater to your needs to help you learn how to release the issues in your tissues. John Barnes MFR and yogic principals are used to find the roots of your discomfort, and help you develop a therapeutic home program. Duets, groups and corporate sessions available.

Kathleen Hall E-RYT 200, LMT, YACEP. She specializes in John Barnes Myofascial Release and is a Certified Body Roller through Yoga Tune Up. Her love of yoga began in New York City in 1995 at Integral Yoga, and she found that on the mat she could find release in her life from anxiety, depression and chronic pain.
Kathleen is known for her uplifting presence, her creative personal style, and the safe space she holds for her students guiding them to physical and emotional freedom. She accomplishes this through a unique combination of asana, pranayama, body rolling & MFR which work together to release pain and tightness, calm the nervous system, create a deeper connection to ones body/fascial system, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility.
Kathleen's passion and specialty is to empower people to take charge of their own health and equips them with knowledge and techniques to shed fear and suffering from a variety of issues created by misuse, underuse, overuse, abuse and trauma. She is available for yoga and body rolling private, group and corporate sessions.
