This Fall Retreat is about our community growing together, practicing yoga & meditation, and being in nature. It will be held at Gray Bear Holistic Retreat Center, nestled in the beautiful rolling forest of the West Tennessee hills.

Experience Yoga and Meditation Delta Groove style led by Olivia Rokotnitz, Valentine Leonard, and Kevin Plyler!

We will spend much in nature enjoying the silence of Nature's Symphony, exploring the thick forest, pure air, clear streams, and waterfall.

There is a place...

Where our bodies carry us with ease where we wish to go

Where cars and keys are no longer necessary

Where the air is light and clear, and the fallen leaves soft underfoot

Where phones go quiet like the wise, who speak only when what they have to say is more beautiful than silence

Where the food is alive with nutrients from the Earth and the fire warms our hearts, like the time we share with community

Where the sauna is heated with a hand built wood stove and we dip in the cold stream between sweats

Where dawn comforters make nests waiting for you in the hammocks ...

Olivia Rokotnitz, Valentine Leonard and Kevin Plyler will meet you at Gray Bear Friday afternoon, and coddle you until Sunday in the cozy lodge and spacious yoga studio nestled in the rolling forest of West Tennessee.

Gray Bear is a holistic retreat center dedicated to keeping the spirit of fun and inspiration alive. Through experiential workshops in a natural setting, this time together is to promote growth, fulfillment, and the joy of learning. We will keep it simple and light so we can all enjoy the one hundred fifty acres of rolling hills and thick forest for hiking, natural springs for reflection, a crisp shower in our waterfall, sacred moments in a hand-built wood-fired sauna, the silence of nature's symphony, clean air, clear water, and a life free of distractions.

The lodging is very comfortable. Guests feel right at home. Most rooms are double occupancy with shared baths; all towels and linens provided. You can expect hot showers and excellent coffee. The meals are primarily vegetarian with some fish served. They are prepared with love and whole, organic ingredients. Guests rave about the hearty and delicious chef prepared meals.
